Day 0 (Departure)

  • 7:00 PM: Rise and shine in Bangalore! Bid farewell to the city lights and set sail for Mysore.
  • 12:00 AM: Immerse yourself in the opulence of the Mysore Palace, marveling at its intricate architecture and rich history.

Day 1 (Into the Wilds)

  • 7:00 AM: Arrive at your charming homestay, feeling the cool mountain air embrace you.
  • 8:00 AM: Refuel with a wholesome breakfast and take a moment to freshen up.
  • 10:00 AM: Lace up your boots and embark on the mystical Kerala Ranipuram trek, where nature unveils its enchanting secrets. (Estimated duration: 3-4 hours)
  • 2:00 PM: Return to the homestay for a well-deserved lunch, refilling your energy with local delicacies.
  • 3:00 PM: Trade the man-made path for the rugged beauty of a hidden waterfall trek. Let the cascading water and lush greenery soothe your soul. 
  • 6:00 PM: Back at the homestay, relish hot tea and snacks, sharing stories of the day's adventures.
  • 7:00 PM: Gather around a crackling bonfire under the starlit sky, enjoying heartwarming music and playful team activities. Opt for a sizzling barbeque to complete the perfect evening.
  • 10:00 PM: Rest your weary heads under the cozy covers, dreaming of tomorrow's adventures.

Day 2 (Sisghtseeing)

  • 7:00 AM: Awaken to the symphony of birdsong and greet the new day with a refreshing breakfast.
  • 9:00 AM: Check out from the homestay, bidding farewell to your temporary haven.
  • 10:00 PM: Visit the revered Tala Cauvery temple, the birthplace of the mighty River Cauvery, seeking blessings for your journey home.
  • 1:00PM: visit the mighty madikeri Glass bridge enjoy the view ( own expenses )
  • 2:00PM: Have a lunch at a restuarant in madikeri ( own expenses )
  • 3:00PM: Treat your self to a visit to the inspiringabbe falls 
  • 5:00PM: witness the best sunset in rajaseat at madikeri
  • 6:30PM: Start return journey towards bangalore
  • 9:00 PM: Stop at Mysore for a final taste of its culinary delights, filling your hearts and bellies with delicious memories.( own expenses )
  • 10:00 PM: As the sun sets on the horizon, settle into your seats for the drive back to Bangalore, carrying a treasure trove of experiences and a renewed spirit.

Here is a list of things to carry:

When going on a trek, it's essential to pack the right items to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Bags: Along with your luggage, Choose a small but sturdy bag (recommended size 15 to 25ltrs)  backpack with proper support and adjustable straps to carry the trek essentials (i.e., Water bottles, A pair of clothes, towel & toiletries)

Trekking Shoes: A good pair of trekking shoes that provide ankle support, good grip (on both rock and sand), and are comfortable for long walks.

Clothing: Pack moisture-wicking and quick-drying clothing suitable for the trek (Dry-fit), including:
T-shirts
Long-sleeved shirts/wears
Trekking pants/convertible pants
Extra Pair of Socks and Innerwears
Swimsuit & head cap (optional if swimming on beaches)

Trekking Gear:
Trekking poles (optional but helpful for steep descents or difficult terrain)
Headlamp/flashlight
Water bottle or hydration bladder
Sun protection hat/cap
Sunglasses
Sunscreen lotion and lip balm 
Insect repellent
Personal medication (if any) and First aid kit
Sleeping Gear (if required):

Toiletries:
Travel-sized toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, etc.)

Payment Terms & Conditions

Payment & Advance:
Advance payment of 30% against confirmation. Balance of 70% while boarding.
We accept: Online Transfer UPI Payment and Cash only


Terms & Conditions:

Cancellation Policy: 
- Cancellations made 7 days prior to the date of journey are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 4 days of the journey date may incur a cancellation fee.
- No refund shall be initiated against the cancellation made within 24hrs from the date of journey.

Health and Fitness:
- Participants must be in good physical/mental health and have the necessary fitness level to undertake the trek.
- It is recommended to consult a medical professional before participating, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions. 
- It is the participant's responsibility to inform the trek organizer of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect their ability to participate in the trek.

Safety:
- Participants are required to follow the instructions of the trek guide at all times to ensure their safety.
- The trek organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the trek in case of any unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns.


Liability:
- Participants join the trek at their own risk and the organizers will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, loss, or damage during the trek.
- Trekkar India does not take responsibility for the loss/damage of any personal belongings
- It is advised to have personal travel insurance that covers adventure activities and trekking.**

Itinerary change:
- The trek organizer reserves the right to modify the itinerary or make necessary changes due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other factors beyond their control.
- Participants will be notified of any significant changes to the itinerary as and when it occurs.

Environmental Responsibility:
- Participants are expected to strictly respect and preserve the natural environment at the entire trip.
- Littering, damaging, malpractice or any illegal activities that harm the ecosystem is strictly prohibited.

Code of Conduct:
- Participants are expected to respect the ethnicity, culture, environment of the place of visit and fellow trekkers.
- Any behavior that is deemed disrespectful, harmful, or illegal may result in immediate expulsion from the trek without any refund.
