Evening - Departure from Bangalore:


6:00 PM: Your exciting journey to Goa begins as you depart from Bangalore in the evening. Get ready for a memorable adventure ahead.


Day 1 - Exploring Goa Forts:


Morning:


9:00 AM: Arrive at the resort where you'll be staying during your time in Goa. Check into your allocated rooms and take a moment to freshen up after your next journey.

10:00 AM: Following a satisfying breakfast and prepare for day of Forts exploration. 


11:00 AM: Begin your day at the Reis Magos Fort, an architectural marvel steeped in history. Marvel at the panoramic views of the Arabian Sea from this vantage point.


12:30 AM: Your next destination is the iconic Aguada Fort, a testament to Goa's past and a treasure trove of stories waiting to be discovered.


2:15 PM: After lunch, choose between two captivating experiences:

Immerse yourself in Goa's rich history and culture at the Archaeological 


3:30 PM: In the resort, where you can relax, enjoy the pool, and engage in some fun games with your fellow travelers.


Rest for the day and enjoy the evening in Goa. Relax on the beach or go for a walk. In the evening, enjoy a delicious Goan meal and watch the sunset and Enjoy the Goan Night Life.



Day 2 - Fortresses, Water Adventures,


8:00 AM: Following a satisfying breakfast and prepare for another day of exploration.


10:00 AM: Unwind and soak in the sun at Arambol Beach, where you can relax, stroll, and immerse yourself in the coastal ambiance and Brace yourself for a thrilling adventure as you engage in a Sweet Lake Trek at a renowned Arambol Beach.


2:00 PM: Enjoy a delightful lunch at either Resort, 


Spend a relaxing Eve in Goa.


Day 3 Cultural Goa And Cruize Night


9:00 AM: Start your day with a hearty breakfast at the resort. Fuel up for the day's exploration.


After Breakfast:


10:00 AM: Gather your belongings and checkout from the resort, be ready to board the bus as you embark on a day of discovery and culture.


Sightseeing Itinerary:


11:00 AM: Immerse yourself in history as you explore the St. Xavier's Basilica of Bom Jesus, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its exquisite architecture and religious significance.


12:00 PM: Your next stop is the Se Cathedral, a remarkable edifice that stands as one of Asia's largest churches, showcasing stunning architectural brilliance.


2:00 PM: Pay your respects at the Tomb of St. Francis Xavier, a place of reverence and reflection.


2:30 PM: Break for a leisurely lunch at a convenient location, where meals are thoughtfully served in disposable plates and paper glasses.

3:30 pM: Begin your journey at the serene Shree Mangesh Temple, an important place of worship that reflects the spiritual side of Goa.


6:00 PM: As the evening sets in, prepare for a captivating night cruise that will take you along the scenic and captivating Goa coastline.

7:30 PM : Bid farewell to Goa and embark on a journey back to Bangalore, savoring the memories made and stopping for a delightful dinner en route.


Day 4:


6:00 AM: Arrive back in Bangalore on Sunday morning, marking the end of your enriching and unforgettable journey to Goa.

Gratifications: As part of the trip experience, we have arranged the following gratifications for each participant:

Every participant will receive a badge of appreciation, acknowledging their active participation and contribution.
A framed A3 size photograph capturing the essence of the trip will be provided, "Wall of Fame."

Inclusions: Your trip package encompasses a comprehensive range of inclusions to ensure a seamless and enriching experience:

Transportation: We will arrange transportation to and from the premises, covering the entirety of the trip for your convenience.
Comprehensive Coverage: All permissions, parking fees, entry tickets, guide charges, and professional handling fees are fully covered, leaving you free to focus on enjoying the journey.
Culinary Delights: Your package includes the provision of 3 breakfasts and 3 lunches, ensuring you're well-nourished throughout the trip.

Please note that the Adventure Sport fee of Rs.1300 is not included in the package. This fee applies exclusively to those participants who are keen on engaging in the full spectrum of water sports activities.

Payment Terms: To facilitate a smooth payment process, we have outlined the following terms:

30% Payment: A payment amounting to 60% of the total trip cost is due 10 days prior to the event, ensuring ample time for necessary arrangements.

70% Pre-Departure: An additional 20% of the total payment is required before the departure of the trip, contributing to the overall logistics and preparation.

Additional Notes:

Each team comprises 10 to 12 members, with designated captains, and coordinators per team to ensure a smooth and organized experience.
Throughout the trip, safety is paramount, and no hazardous materials will be present.
It's important to note that the organizers cannot be held responsible for the ill-behaviour during the trip.

Please make sure to communicate these comprehensive details to all participants, ensuring that everyone is well-informed and adequately prepared for a safe and enjoyable trip.


















Here is a list of things to carry for a trek:
When going on a trek, it's essential to pack the right items to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Backpack: Choose a sturdy backpack with proper support and adjustable straps to carry all your belongings.

Trekking Shoes: Invest in a good pair of trekking shoes that provide ankle support, good grip, and are comfortable for long walks.

Clothing: Pack moisture-wicking and quick-drying clothing suitable for the trek, including:
T-shirts
Long-sleeved shirts
Trekking pants/convertible pants
Fleece jacket or down jacket (for cold weather)
Rain jacket or poncho
Extra pair of socks and underwear

Trekking Gear:
Trekking poles (optional but helpful for steep descents or difficult terrain)
Headlamp/flashlight
Water bottle or hydration bladder
Sun hat/cap, Sunglasses
Sunscreen lotion and lip balm with SPF
Insect repellent
Personal medication (if any) and First aid kit
Sleeping Gear (if required):
Sleeping bag suitable for the expected temperature
Sleeping pad or inflatable mattress

Toiletries:
Travel-sized toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, etc.)
Quick-drying towel
Wet wipes or tissues
Hand sanitizer

Food and Snacks:
Snacks for the trek
Energy bars or trail mix

Miscellaneous:
Mobile phone and charger/power bank
Camera or GoPro (optional)

Payment Terms & Conditions

Payment & Advance:
Advance payment of 30% against confirmation. Balance of 70% while boarding.
We accept: Online Transfer UPI Payment and Cash only


Terms & Conditions:

Cancellation Policy: 
- Cancellations made 7 days prior to the date of journey are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 4 days of the journey date may incur a cancellation fee.
- No refund shall be initiated against the cancellation made within 24hrs from the date of journey.

Health and Fitness:
- Participants must be in good physical/mental health and have the necessary fitness level to undertake the trek.
- It is recommended to consult a medical professional before participating, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions. 
- It is the participant's responsibility to inform the trek organizer of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect their ability to participate in the trek.

Safety:
- Participants are required to follow the instructions of the trek guide at all times to ensure their safety.
- The trek organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the trek in case of any unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns.


Liability:
- Participants join the trek at their own risk and the organizers will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, loss, or damage during the trek.
- Trekkar India does not take responsibility for the loss/damage of any personal belongings
- It is advised to have personal travel insurance that covers adventure activities and trekking.**

Itinerary change:
- The trek organizer reserves the right to modify the itinerary or make necessary changes due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other factors beyond their control.
- Participants will be notified of any significant changes to the itinerary as and when it occurs.

Environmental Responsibility:
- Participants are expected to strictly respect and preserve the natural environment at the entire trip.
- Littering, damaging, malpractice or any illegal activities that harm the ecosystem is strictly prohibited.

Code of Conduct:
- Participants are expected to respect the ethnicity, culture, environment of the place of visit and fellow trekkers.
- Any behavior that is deemed disrespectful, harmful, or illegal may result in immediate expulsion from the trek without any refund.
